COURSE OVERVIEW
This course aims to provide students with an in-depth methodology of describing bloodstain patterns utilizing the 5-criteria of size, shape, distribution, appearance, and location. Students will also be exposed to methodology on differentiating between the identification of multiple bloodstain patterns. This webinar will be interactive with materials being sent to participants prior to.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
· Describe bloodstain patterns utilizing criteria of size, shape, distribution, appearance, and location
· Properly classify and identify bloodstain patterns
· Assess multiple bloodstain patterns and differentiate between multiple pattern types
· Explain how identification was made based on physical appearance and mechanism
This course has been approved by the IAI Crime Scene (re-certification) and Bloodstain (initial and re-certification) boards.
